SELF- LEVELLING COMPOUNDS

Levelling Compounds (also known as self-levelling smoothing compounds) - We supply and install a wide range of cementitious and latex based levelling compounds to suit all flooring applications.

Cementitious levelling compounds – we offer various products that can be installed from a depth of 2mm to 50mm to almost every screed or concrete substrate. The product is fibre reinforced, fast setting and can receive a tiled floor finish after 8 hours or most other types of finish at 24 hours (at 20°C – dependent on thickness). it is important to note that the substrate preparation is key when it comes to installing these products. In some cases, a suitable primer is recommended before installing the product.

Latex based levelling compounds – the main difference is this product comes with a latex additive. Instead of using water, a latex is used to mix the product. Flexibility comes with the addition of the latex, so this product is ideal for any type of substrate that have movement. We offer a product that can be directly applied to most substrates without priming, including old adhesive residues and bitumen, flooring grade plywood, and even direct to ceramic tiles. This product is also unaffected by moisture, foot traffic after 2 hours, install floor coverings after 4 hours and ceramic tiles after 3 hours.
