FAST DRYING
With our fast drying screeds you can save months of waiting before getting on with the rest of your project. Unlike traditional screed which can take months to dry, our fast drying screed can simply take just a few hours. So if you are looking to complete to a tight deadline and want to avoid as many delays as possible then this form of screed would be an ideal choice for your project.

Using our Forced Action Mixer or M760D Putzmeister Screeding Pump to lay down the screed, this process will save your project a huge amount of time whilst maintaining the strength and longevity you are looking for.

The drying time for this screed is as follows:

Foot traffic - 12 hours

Tiling - 48 hours

Other floor coverings such as LVT, carpet and laminate - 5 days

Drying time: for this type of screed is 1 day for every 1mm of depth, up to 40mm and then 2 days for every 1mm after that depending on air temperature. For example, a 60mm traditional screed will take 80 days to dry fully.
