At BW Screeding, we offer self-levelling compounds that can be installed at depths ranging from 2mm to 50mm, making them suitable for almost any screed or concrete substrate. These fibre-reinforced, fast-setting products provide a durable, smooth finish for a variety of applications, whether residential, commercial, or industrial.

Our compounds set quickly, allowing tiled finishes after just 8 hours and most other finishes within 24 hours (at 20°C, depending on thickness). Their fast-setting nature helps reduce project timelines, while their fibre reinforcement ensures strength and flexibility, preventing cracking and enhancing adhesion to the substrate.

Latex based levelling compounds

Our latex-based levelling compounds are specially formulated with a latex additive instead of water, providing enhanced flexibility. This makes them ideal for substrates that experience movement, such as wood, old adhesive residues, bitumen, and ceramic tiles.

These compounds can be applied directly to most surfaces without the need for a primer, including flooring grade plywood and ceramic tiles. The latex additive ensures flexibility, making it perfect for areas prone to slight expansion or movement.

The product is moisture-resistant and offers quick turnaround times—foot traffic is possible after just 2 hours, floor coverings can be installed after 4 hours, and ceramic tiles can be applied after 3 hours. This makes it a fast, reliable solution for creating a smooth, level base in both residential and commercial projects.
